Modified on Fri, 26 Apr at 9:41 AM

Introduction

With Gigasheet, users can rename columns headers all at once. This tool can find specific text or symbols in the headers of these columns and replace. This way, users can quickly clean up their data and make column headers more organized and consistent.

How to Rename Columns

Select a Sheet from Library > select Data Cleanup > click Rename Columns

Step 1: Select the columns to rename.

Step 2: In the Find field, type in the existing text or symbols to replace. In the Replace With field, type in the new text. This will replace the contents of the "Find" field. Please note, you can delete text/symbols from a column header by leaving the replace with field blank.

Step 3: Review the preview for accuracy. Note this action cannot be undone. Once confirmed, select "Rename"
