Requesting A Refund

If you live in a region where there is a legally mandated refund policy, you may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of initial purchase of Gigasheet Premium. Any additional paid features, such as enrichment credits used on Gigasheet, are non-refundable. It is important to note that there are no refunds on any purchase after 14 days of initial purchase.

We can only issue refunds if you take the following steps within the appropriate period of time (as specified by regional law). If you live in a region that legally requires a refund, complete this form, and specify your region here:

Please note, annual subscriptions cannot be refunded at this time. 

How do I downgrade or cancel my subscription?

If you upgraded your Gigasheet plan by mistake, you can downgrade by clicking the Manage Billing in the left menu on your Library in Gigasheet. 

Canceling a paid subscription will still provide full access for the account until the end of the subscription term, be it monthly or yearly. With the subscription set to be canceled, you will not be billed again.  At the end of the term, when the subscription is canceled, your account will revert to the free tier, as defined on the day of cancellation.
