Enrichments: Credits FAQ

Introduction

Each month you’re allocated enrichment credits which may be used to add context to your data from third-party services and data providers. Each successful call to an enrichment data provider or service consumes 1 credit. 


Example: You have 500 email addresses in a CSV, with one contact on each row and use the RevenueBase People Enrichment. RevenueBase provides additional context on 498 of your contacts. 498 credits would be consumed. If you then wanted to use the GPT enrichment write an opening email sentence to every contact, that would consume an additional 500 credits.


Note: Annual purchases receive all credits up front. If you are on a monthly plan, enrichment add on has to be monthly renewals. If you are on an annual plan, enrichment add-on's will be annual renewing as well.

FAQ

How are enrichments applied?

Enrichments only operate on the current result set of matching rows. In other words, if you have active filters which are hiding some rows in your data, enrichments won’t operate on hidden rows and no credits will be consumed for those rows. 


Example: you have 23,000 rows of product data, but have filtered to only 60 rows that meet your filtering criteria. If you run a GPT enrichment to write a product description for each row, only 60 credits would be consumed.


Please note, RevenueBase enrichment is different in that it only debits you for successful records run. You still need to have enough credits to cover the amount of rows on your sheet, but you likely won't be charged the full amount.


How and when are credits allocated and refreshed?

Credits are allocated and refreshed based on your subscription tier. Credits expire at the end of your billing cycle. You can view your credit balance and refresh date on the left of the Enrichment services dialog. Credits do not rollover to the next billing cycle.


How many credits do I get?

Free: 1,000 credits per calendar month, refreshed on the first day of the month

Premium: 10,000 credits per month, refreshed on your subscription renewal date


What happens if I don't have enough credits?

If you don’t have enough credits to complete your enrichment request, visit the Manage Billing section in the left menu of your Library.  Please note, If the enrichment service doesn’t respond or encounters an error, you won’t be debited with an enrichment credit.


How can I buy more credits?

Go to the left hand panel and select Manage Billing.

How can I removing enrichment add on's?


Enrichment credits can be removed by logging into Manage Billing and selecting Edit Subscription.





The cancellation takes effect at the next renewal (not immediately)
