Save to HubSpot (RevenueBase)

Gigasheet supports pushing data to HubSpot, from specifically formatted sheets like RevenueBase. Before getting started you'll need to ensure you're subscribed to the appropriate Gigasheet tier to ensure you have appropriate permissions. 


The following fields are saved to HubSpot objects:


Contact

  • Email Address
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Job Title
  • Company Name

Company

  • Company Name
  • Organization Domain


Note: A maximum of 300,00 records may be saved to HubSpot at a time.


1. Start by filtering the RevenueBase sheet to the rows you'd like to save to HubSpot. 


2. Click File > Save to > HubSpot 


3. Next authenticate to HubSpot and select the account where you wish to save the records


4. Return to Gigasheet and select the desired overwrite behavior. Use caution when overwriting! Click export when ready.


5. You'll see this notification when the export is running


6. Once completed you'll see the associated records in HubSpot.


If you selected to create a new list you'll see auto-generated list name similar to the below:
