Introduction

Importing from a local file allows a user to upload a file from their local device or drive. Follow the steps below to Import from a local file.

How to get there

Step 1: After logging onto Gigasheet, select + NEW. Or drag and drop a file. 

Step 2: Select the File Upload option.

Step 3: Here a user can drag the file from your directory to the upload box or select the “Browse” option, which will launch your file directory and you may select your file that way. To see supported file types, view this article here. Keep in mind, only the supported file types will be processed successfully.
