Introduction

Connecting Gigasheet to HubSpot is a straightforward process, allowing you to effortlessly merge data streams and reports from your HubSpot account and seamlessly import them as sheets within Gigasheet. This guide will walk you through the steps to establish this integration.

How to get there

Login to Gigasheet >  Click Import from Platform at the top of your Library > Select HubSpot

Step 1: Click the button to sign in to your HubSpot account and approve the connection, and select the HubSpot account you want to import from. In the example below, only one account is available. 

Step 2: After selecting your account you'll arrive back in Gigasheet. Next select the HubSpot objects you wish to import from the drop down. Here we've selected campaigns and companies. You can optionally schedule data to be imported on a periodic basis (i.e., snapshotting the object). This is helpful for backup purposes.

Step 3: Select Save and Run. On your first save an import will run (and it will run again if you scheduled it to do so). It may take a few minutes depending on the quantity of data in your HubSpot

Step 4: Click into the folders and your JSON will now be uploaded. Thats it!
